The Small Business workshop provides potential entrepreneurs with a foundation on the start-up business process in Los Angeles County. The Small Business Concierge from the Department of Consumer and Business Affairs will provide a presentation on how to be an entrepreneur, steps to open your business, general required permits and licenses, and available free resources available to help you. Presenter from the LA County Library, LA County Treasurer and Tax Collector, and LA County Assessor will also present on resources, obtaining a business license in unincorporated and Personal Business Taxes respectively.
