About Us

What we do:
Project One Cause, is a nonprofit organization that provides financial aid and educational support for families with children affected by non-fatal drowning and hypoxic brain injuries. Our tenants are:

Financial Aid for Requisite Therapies/Equipment
Outpatient therapies are typically out of pocket expenses or are not covered by insurance and include but are not limited to the following:
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatments (HBOT), Neuro-rehab/neuro-plasticity modalities (IAHP, Doman Int’l, ABM, Feldenkrais, etc.)
Therapeutic riding, and Neuro-vision rehabilitation services.

Education/Peer-to-Peer Parent Support
Parent to parent support groups to assist with overall education and mental health/wellness of parents, family members, and/or caregivers.
Educational materials/videos/links that include but are not limited to the following: various types of modalities/therapy interventions, equipment, and aids.

We know firsthand that access to proven therapies and services can and do have a positive, life changing impact for children with anoxic/hypoxic brain injuries. We invite you to help us provide an opportunity for a child to experience life as the best version of themselves and live a life beyond limits!
